Tomorrow’s People, Inc. helps organizations grow tomorrow’s leaders. We have developed a series of leadership development models ranging from our premier Leadership Academy Program to leadership learning groups and leadership retreats.
Participants in the Leadership Academy Program turn leadership theory into reality. They work on a “real-life” project for your organization to test and demonstrate their leadership skills. Participants are required to complete a tangible group project designed to benefit your organization. Class members must analyze an issue or address a significant need of the organization, conduct research, develop solutions, test their recommendations, develop an implementation plan, execute the plan, ensure sustainability and establish evaluation criteria. They present their project to senior management in a formal presentation and written document.
Leadership learning groups and leadership retreats are designed around key issues or themes as identified through issue analysis and joint planning with senior management of the organization.
